The entire April 1963 issue of Bell Laboratories Record.   This issue describes the design, manufacture, and launch of Telstar, the communications satellite that proved the feasibility of television distribution by satellite.

    Test Results at Goonhilly
Results of Tests at Goonhilly using the Experimental Satellites TELSTAR and RELAY.   F.J.D. Taylor, W.J. Bray, and R.W.White, 1964.   When this report was originally published, Goonhilly [located in Cornwall County, England] was the site of several experimental satellite earth stations operated by the British General Post Office (GPO).
